Dear Timber Glen Neighbors,

The United States Postal Service (USPS) has notified us that on trash and recycling days, some mailboxes are being blocked by trash and recycling bins. When mailboxes are obstructed, mail carriers may be unable to safely deliver mail.  

IMPORTANT GOING-FORWARD NOTICE  

Going forward, if a mailbox is obstructed on trash day, there will most likely be a mail delivery interruption to that home for that day.  

USPS carriers are not required to exit their vehicles when mailboxes are blocked.  

We would hate for anyone to miss:  

Holiday cards from loved ones
Time-sensitive mail
Important packages and deliveries  

HOW YOU CAN HELP  

On trash and recycling days, please:

Place trash and recycling bins away from mailboxes
  Keep the area in front of and around mailboxes clear
  Ensure mailboxes are visible and easily accessible from the street

This small effort helps support our mail carriers and keeps deliveries moving smoothly—especially during this busy holiday season.
